What
Happens When I List My Home Online?
Listing your
home is a process with several steps. The first is to choose your
listing agent. Once you've decided to go with the Gold Team, we
will need to establish a listing price. This is done by one of
two ways. We can establish the price based on your needs and what
we, together, establish as a fair price or we can do a Comparative
Market Analysis to establish the price.
Once the price
is established, we will begin the marketing process. This is begun
with listing your property with the local Multiple Listing Service
(MLS). The MLS also feeds the listing into the Realtor.com system
allowing people from across the country to view your home and
its features. We will also enter the listing into our online search
engine, allowing all of our site visitors to view the home.
In addition
to marketing your home through the MLS and the Internet, we will
create a personal marketing program that fits your needs and targets
the segment of consumers which is most likely to purchase your
home. For example, a $350,000 home will be marketed to professionals
& executives and a $100,000 would be marketed to middle class
consumers & younger home buyers. This targeted marketing allows
us to efficiently use our resources and sell the home faster.
